She'd come directly home after her run-in with...whoever that was...at the library. Now she sat curled on the couch, legs tucked under her, reading. Too early for patrol, nothing much to do except think about the sex she wasn't having.

Then the buzzer rang. Not many people knew where she lived, and those who did wouldn't ring the buzzer. Except...

Though there was no one to see it, she smiled. Her little bird would ring the buzzer during the day, and when she felt for him, there he was. She punched in the codes on the phone, and waited.

She doesn't call down to see who it is, and why should she? Of course she knows he's here, she's... Lee. He quickly heads up the stairs, knocking on the door.

"Saying guess who would be redundant in this case... yes?" he asks her, through the door. He's sure the smile is obvious in his voice.

She grinned. Sometimes? Being an angel didn't suck. She didn't get up, just made room for him on the couch.

"Door's open, little bird. C'mon in."

She's on the couch and there's room for him at the end of it for him, "Hey," he says to her, sitting down, "You know... this place looks better in the daylight. Not that it looked bad before mind you..." he looks over at her, "How have you been?"
