What is neem?

The brush gunk is such a strange phenomenon, because everyone gets it under different circumstances. I used BS every few days for weeks and had none. It wasn't until I did water only for about 2 weeks that I started to notice it.

Wow. Does it have an after smell? I use neem seed oil for skin ailments and it stinks up my room!!
