SEJC has been a blast so far. We've just been drinking and chillin, but today was our first day of actual competition/conference. I went to two conferences-- one on copyright issues in the newsroom and one about how to snag an internship/entry-level job. Daddy's reception was tonight, and it was so nice to hear so many people saying that he looks so much happier. It was cool to see him play that harmonica too, man do I miss that. I have so many memories of driving to Mississippi with him and him playing that thing for hours and hours on the way ( Read more... ) -
Boot camp fitness
Started my boot camp fitness class today and it gave me a royal whuppin'. I am feeling those laps, which seemed to accumulate into about 15 miles, in my whole body already. I did sign up for it, but wow. I don't think I've ever done a workout like that ( Read more... ) -
