Well, given that you've already spoken to higher-ups about it, and you have to be in the same mall as this guy, I would just leave it at that. He's clearly a jackass and you're not going to be working for him in just a short while, right?

I would report him. He seems very unprofessional. If you're a manager, you should be able to handle yourself maturely without getting pissy or hanging up on someone. And yes, what he said to you when he hired you is totally illegal.

Erik told me to talk to the manager of his store, Ryan, and that they would both back me up if I was scared or something. Erik is very sweet like that.

Scary part is, Todd is training to be a DM too. So now I feel like it's my mission to put a stop to that.
