Stace -- I love how honest and open you are on every issue you discuss both IRL and in your journal. I love how welcoming and warm you are- remember that Rosh Hashana we spent together back in the WC days?? We started the NYC girl group! You made me feel less lonely at one of the most difficult time of the year (holidays) and I always remembered that. Plus, we always have such great conversations and I feel like we were friends in a former life. SO GLAD we met and became friends!!

Easy! You're warm and caring and super intelligent... I love how awesome you are with Lily and you are a great role model for all things working mother related - so level headed and honest about the pros/cons.
