I accidentally forgot to feed my starter enough times in a row that it stopped being active and I gave up on it. It wanted so much flour! 2 cups a day! lord. There hasn't been flour in the grocery stores in ages.

I never got those sourdough pancakes. I made buttermilk ones last weekend instead.
