The Beyond has some brilliant moments... check out The Psychic, as well... I'd say those are Fulci's two strongest films. A lot of his work doesn't quite do it for me, but those two are pretty brilliant.

I'd also recommend Kill Baby Kill by Mario Bava... it's ultra-influential in a lot of ways, and has some really insane moments in it. It's pretty visually tame by today's standards, but everyone from Fulci to Fellini has paid tribute to it in their films.

I added Kill Baby Kill to my queue. I'll also check out The Psychic when I get a chance. I'm seeing Gates of Hell tomorrow on the big screen. Looking forward to it!
