thanks for adding me - i added you back :) i hope my comment didn't come across as snobby, i was just making fun of myself for having a tragically dated user name ;) i know what you mean about being ahead of the curve regarding trends and whatnot. people with amazing style and an eye for art are instinctively attracted to things and can't explain why months later these things become pop culture. anywho, i checked out your website and you are supertalented. i will definitely keep an eye out for your work.

owls are still gonna be in, they aint over baby. i bet you're right about jackalopes though b/c built by wendy (why the hell have i been talking about this woman so much lately?!) did something with them recently in elle girl. the problem with these trends is we get into them and then pop culture does afterwards and spits them out so fast that i can't move on quick enough. i should be over deer, birds, meat, and nurses by now.. but it's not like i like them just because they're trendy; they've become part of my visual vocabulary. it's annoying.
