what exactly do you need the money for? Printing something or buying something?

have to pay a dude 2000 to be part of this book he's publishing. costs go to the cost of him printing it and the cost of him sending it out to 8000+ art directors etc. it's way expensive but then i compare it to other art books like american showcase where you have to pay to have space inside and those are 4000 or so. i'm just hoping this is a better deal in the long run. more than likely it's probably a worse deal and i'm fucking myself over.

gotta take chances sometimes i guess.
