Is the Soldier class Dave dynamically allocated? Like, would Dave cease to exist whenever the current function loses scope. I'd rather declare Dave directly:
Soldier Dave;
If you did create Dave this way, you would instead call your SetRank function like so:
Dave.SetRank("PFC");
Hahaha.. Okay, so I am being a nerd and anal retentive all at the same time. At least I didn't forget ALL the C++ I used to know. :P
