Now there's something you don't see every day

in Western Montana- a whopping huge snapping turtle basking on the road. I've never seen one before. I took a few pictures with my phone and will upload them later.

Also spotted: two white pelicans. Migrating a little early I guess.

It's cool to live near a wildlife refuge.
