How, exactly, do you treat a broken thumb when it cannot be casted for 24 hours?

Have the bones been set in the proper location? If not: do that first. Normally I would recommend you have a paramedic or nurse or doc do this, and nt attempt to do it yourself, but if you really, really REALLY have no access to anything including 911 services, you might have to do so yourself. Don't leave the bones in the wrong place. If you're not 100% sure you can get it set yourself, CALL 911. Having a permanent disfiguration due to healing in the wrong setting is really not cool and is worth whatever cost/insurance battles to not have happen ( ... )

yeah i go 911 at people too. need to make sure we start following it ourselves.

There wwas unfortunately no place but there is doctor tomorrow. I go 911 too so, yes. :) We have what they call 's SPECIAL kind of ibuprofen i suspoect for placebo.uchsing that, tho.

Will do the last paragrapht, ghetto set it, RN will laugh tomorrow.
