Akon-san, I have a request for you. I have come into possession * of a gigai used by Kurosaki Isshin and would like it investigated. In particular I need to know if there is anything about this gigai that is unusual, like if it could confuse a Shinigami's senses

The mystery gigai arrived safe and sound, Kuchiki-taichou. I've run some preliminary tests and everything checks back normal. So of course that only means more tests.

I can tell you now that this gigai is not one of our own. Not only does it lack a serial number of any sort, but the gikonan that was contained within is heavily modified as well.

If I had to hazard a guess, I would say with confidence this is another one of Urahara's special projects.

I should have something back to you tomorrow. Nothing to indicate anything that would interfere with telling the difference between gigai and actual shinigami, but with Urahara...
