Done. Would this be a good time to quote from "The End" by the Doors? Nah. But it would have been fabulous if Harry had done so somewhere near the climax of Deathly Hallows. Just because Harry doing a Jim Morrison, in a heroin daze, shirtless and sweating in his leather pants, is too beautiful an image to waste ( Read more... )

Actually, I thought that the quality of writing was vastly superior to that in the previous two books, although the exposition dumps at the end made me grit my teeth.

And I think vulgarweed is already plotting Grindelwald/Dumbledore, which is clearly the historic OTP of win.

Personally, if I could add one sentence to the epilogue, it would come at its beginning, and it would read: The End. BOO on JKR for tying things up with a bow.
