I ventured out into the city today to get a map, and a few other neccessities. In case you're not aware, don't trust those friendly vendors on the street. They think a discount translates to...roaming hands. Luckily, I was able to take care of those grimy fingers easily. I love those fashion accesories of this world, purses. It wasn't really, Hebe, but the sound of my bag hitting his head did inspire a little thrill...I will be more careful in the future of course. No need for discounts, honestly...

[preens} It is a burden I bear, I fear, but one I willingly accept. But they do learn fast and they tell their ruffian friends, and I manage to walk unmolested unless he is new or particularly stupid.

It does if I have this thing Cass was telling me about - it's called mace.
