I have decided that until I:

• Get a Job offer
• Have another interview
• Want to kill myself

I am not shaving my face.

Already it's annoying the piss out of me, which I hope will give me greater incentive to actually find a job.

But really, I don't know how people grow out beards. It's all itchy.

So wish me luck.

I think the itchiness dissipates after a few days. As the hair gets longer, it gets softer and less stubbley.

It's been 10 days (much longer than I've ever gone since the onset of puberty) and I want to rip my face off. I was even having trouble sleeping last night because of it.

I don't think that the wide world of facial hair is one that is available to me. It doesn't grow fast enough to make this awkward/itchy period mercifully brief.

Plus, I'm beginning to think it just makes me look dirty.

Perhaps I'll try that if the urge to shave doesn't overpower me soon.

But I'm pretty sure that I cannot keep this up much longer. Besides, I think I just look dirty anyway.
