I'm not much of a talker on LJ here, but what a friend of mine said gave me some ideas for response and since she made it impossible to respond through comment, and its WAY too expensive to call from where I am, so I'm posting for the first time in god knows how long. Yarr! I agree with Dave. No amount of distance removes a friendship. Some of my best friends are hundreds or even thousands of miles away from me. Some of them are across town. I'm not any better friends with the people who live closer. Dave and Amanda and Austin, I miss you guys. We should have hung out more when you were in town. By that I mean, in a non-gaming atmosphere. We really only hung out when we were gaming. That kind of sucks, but I'm glad that we had at least that.
