The trip to visit Casanova had been put on hold. At least for the foreseeable future. The last thing Donna remembered was some git spraying them with some alien gas and going on about some combined fantasy or some such. After that, things were blank

Well, no one could say the Doctor wasn't the master of panicking, especially when he'd fallen asleep downstairs for some reason.
Because, for whatever reason, the Doctor seemed very much flustered and for a very different reason. Falling out of bed, he landed with a small noise of pain.
"Adam! We need a Doctor and a taxi, stat!"

Percy petted Donna's tummy. "Mommy's bump!" Oh this was all to weird. Far too weird.
It was then that Donna managed to get a good look at the room, and the many, many photos in frames on the shelves and walls. A hell of a lot of pictures of her and the Doctor. A hell of a lot of her and the Doctor in wedding clothes. What?! What?!
"Doctor?! What the hell is going on??"
Reply
"You're having a baby? And, erm, that's all I can think of. Sorry, what is going on? I'm a bit confused."
"Breeeeaaaaakfaaaast," Percy whined from the bed, tumbling onto his back and flailing his feet in the air, trying to get their attention. He didn't get all the panic, he just wanted his pancakes.
Rubbing the back of his neck, the Doctor offered an apologetic smile. "Erm... go ask Adam to make you pancakes, buddy."

She was scared, confused and worried. And the fact the Doctor hadn't broken into some technobabbled filled speech about their situation was even more worrying, especially since he looked so clueless.

"Just... tell me. How did we meet, John? Where did we meet? Come on, take me down memory lane."
Reply
Entirely wrong and yet he didn't notice at all. Surely something should of gotten his attention.

She sighed and stroked his cheek. "Where is he? Where's my Doctor? The Doctor, in the TARDIS, where has that silly alien gone?"
Reply
"I don't... I'm not an alien."
"Alien space blue!" Percy chimed in, trying to prompt him as well.

She swatted his hands away and tried to sit up, only for her head to start swimming and end up grabbing onto the Doctor for support, and maybe a clinging hug, but mostly support,

Well, Percy had everything pretty much summed up for him. "Glad you're alright."
Reply
"Let's find the TARDIS and go home, please?"
Reply
"Where is the TARDIS?"
"No idea! Just keep running.£

She carried him upstairs to the bathroom, rolling her eyes at the watery mess as she waded through the puddles to brush Percy's teeth. Then to the bedroom to change him into his pyjamas, and then into bed for storytime.

"I used to watch them when I was living with Rose, though I had more privacy," Adam complained, sprawling out idly.

She eventually headed back downstairs and settled down in the armchair. "Typical blokes, glued to the telly while the women do all the work."
Reply
"Well it's hardly his fault."
"Exactly!"
Reply
She began to root through drawers and papers before giving a wicked laugh. "Remember what you said about not having to deal with kids?"
Reply
"What? Where is he working?"
"Nowhere!"
Reply
What's the worst that could happen? Surely the kids loved him... hopefully... Oh well, there may be egg attacks or superglue incidents...

The Doctor glared and headed to the door, a very amused Adam following after him. "Bye mom!"
