So I'm moving to the Longhorn Landing on Riverside on Monday. Yea it's riverside. Like ghetto. Thank god I'm moving in with a ninja who kicks ass ;) Good stuff. It was nice to be home, but it's time my ass go back out.

Yea worked out today. Wanted to puke so bad. I had to stop cuz I was getting dizzy and nauseated. Blah. I think it was cuz I had a glass of grapefruit juice with creatine and a protein shake right before and I didn't get enough time to digest it. mmm yum. Getting heavier though. That's a plus. Off to work.

Is aim productive or destructive behavior? It probably depends on the degree to which you use it. It should never be a lifestyle. The value of one on one communication is important and should always be practiced. People just flat out are obsessed with aim. It's a bit too much if you don't use it for the right reasons. Well my birthday's over and I'm old and wrinkly now. I got several new shiny canes for my birthday and one wheelchair. I'm so happy. My white hair grew in over night and I was stunned.
