For all the kind words of support in response to my last panicked post. My dad is okay. He's out of the hospital and has some serious lifestyle changes to make, but the prognosis (if he actually makes those changes) is good. I'm glad I was pretty much the only person to pay attention in my nutrition class, because I'm pretty damn qualified to write
