So, apparently, some dinosaurs have minds of their own. Even when they come equipped with a built-in mindmeld which allows you to tell them what to do. Mm. I think that statement is up to debate. One which I'd usually launch into at the drop of a hat, but you've managed to catch me on a bad day. So maybe I'll just keep it in my back pocket for the next time I'm feeling indignant and need something to rant and rave about, both on a natural science level but also sociodemographic as well?

As for how I got a dinosaur....That, oh nameless keeper of new handwriting, is a very good question. To be honest, she almost literally fell out of the sky into my lap. Once upon a time, I think I knew her, and she somehow ended up here.

Hm. I suppose you could say she's a big little dinosaur? Which, having written it out, reveals itself to be completely not helpful. Take a really tall guy and imagine her a bit taller than that. So given the fact that I'm a teeny girl, she seems doubly huge -- especially when she fell into my lap. It was awkward. If you'd like to meet her sometime, you're welcome to. Just as long as you don't poke her or freak out. She doesn't like that.

Kanin. That's an interesting name. Does it mean something? Most of the people here have pretty straightforward names like Flower or Chair or Blanket or something. Yours is different.

Hey, Smartie! Yeah it seems like everybody made it safely topside except me, I think. I'm really sorry for all of the worry, but I'm certain you kept morale high while I was gone. Am I right?

Once upon a time, I used to think yes, but now that I've discovered I share a brainlink with one, I'm starting to reconsider all of my previously made assumptions.

Oh. So the whole "What is with my dreams recently" scenario is more of a Sphere-wide epidemic rather than a personal crisis brought on by being stuck in the bowels of an overgrown pinball machine? I'm not entirely sure if I find that more comforting or less, but perhaps it's good to know I'm not alone on this? Silver lining?

Honestly, it feels good. But it also feels kind of strange? Like, I'm not really alone, but sometimes what I feel isn't really my own? Also, when she gets hurt, I feel it, and sometime's that's difficult.

Thanks, Cross. It's really really good to be back. And I suppose, yes, I'm alright. As alright as somebody turn out after a few days like that. All I need is a long bath and maybe a sedative and a fluffy pillow and I should be sorted out by the morning. Hopefully.
