Kuuchuu Buranko is pretty much what happens when the guys who made Mononoke and Hakaba Kitarou intake approximately twelve tons of every drug you've ever heard of all at once, inject several hallucinogenic frogs directly in to their bloodstream for good measure and then vomit the results all over a storyboard.
