Well, you need two dices to play it. Anyone rolling a double distributes the number of sips on the dices to anyone they want. Roll a 7, it makes you the threeman until the next seven rolled, and you have to drink on any 3's that come out. And lastly, anyone rolling a double 6 gets to invent a new rule for the duration of the game.
