I was nervous, I felt miserable for the kid, yet I had no sympathy 'cause he was retarded for actually telling us he needed time off in order to attend an interview FOR ANOTHER JOB. No kidding. When my manager told me that I would be the executioner, I just looked at him blankly and said "oooo k." heh, craziness I tell you. I'd like to say that now I've experienced it the next one will be easier, but I don't want there to be a next one!!

Well, lets see, he had been here less than a week, had already missed a day for "military testing," and told me he was still looking for other jobs. That's a complete waste of our time to train someone who's not even serious about staying here. My manager said, heh, "release him immediately."
