Konningingdag (Queens Day)

Today was Queens Day in holland. It's the biggest celebration of the year, hundreds of thousands of people cram into amsterdam to get drunk and sing old dutch songs. I've never seen anything like it, it was 100 times more insane than new years in amsterdam

the day is actually celebrated on her mother (jullianna's) b'day, but she died a few weeks back (the mother that is). holland is still a monarchy, the dutch royal family is the House of Orange.
