Ronnie and I have, for a time, been wondering exactly what &c. meant. Of course, Wikipedia had the answer all along.

"Et cetera, usually abbreviated to etc. (archaic abbreviations include &c. and &/c.) is Latin for "and the others". It is often used to represent the logical continuation of some sort of series of descriptions."

No, I've not. I'm really terrible with my American poets; Wordsworth, Eliot, and Stein mean absolutely zero to me, and for this I am a lesser person.
