This is nice. Frank as a library dork who sort of has OCD issues and is very very shy, while Gerard finds him adorable just for the way he is so unaware of everyone else and also a little clumsy. It's funny how Gerard starts following Frank everywhere, or at least trying to "embarrass" him every time he finds Frank somewhere. And your style is so simple, it only helps making this story exactly what you'd expect of it: funny and enjoyable! And really, really cute :)
