Is there anyone you can talk to, like a counselor at school or something? That might be good for you now, just having someone to talk to (or talk at) who isn't, you know, a friend or something like that. Just someone to blab to.
I think it's good that you've come to the conclusion that you don't want to be your parents, and not in some gay teenage rebellion bullshit way. You don't have to end up like that if you don't want to. You are working your way up. And all this utter bullshit that's been tossed at you is only proving to make you stronger.
Everyone falters, and people who think less of you for it simply aren't worth it.
It's not your fault and you're not a bad person. You did what you had to do, and you were on your way to a good place, but sometimes, shit just happens. Shit happens and you have to deal with it as it comes. Don't try and deal with everything at once. You don't have to.
My dad used to scream at me for much the same sort of petty rediculous bullshit as the shampoo bottle, so I can completely understand how that can fuck with you while growing up. It sure as hell fucked with me
