I have a Fitzgerald story from Crazy Sundays. He went to the movies sometimes with his "paramour" Sheila Graham. This was during his last legs as a sort-of screenwriter out in Hollywood. (You hear about Dubyah's first career move? He wanted to be a screenwriter, but he lived in Midland, and he was told he had to go west if he wanted work in that trade. So he moved to Odessa.) Anyway, the pair had to constantly move, because someone was always kicking the back of F Scott's seat. They'd keep moving all through the picture.

Nobody ever kicked the back of Sheila Graham's seat.
