Today has been a decent day. I woke and worked ont he lawn for about 5 minutes. then my grandparents called me in and told me i had to go down town, because they made me a chiropractor (sp?) appointment. they fitted me right in and it lasted for an hour. but damn it i feel so much better. i can actually move. so thats a really really good thing.
