I don't know where Lan went. One minute he was in the café sitting across from me, and the next, the seat was empty. I looked for him, but the kid must be... well, like any NYC runaway. Impossible to find unless they want to be found

Ah, sessha apologizes for intruding... Sessha had something like that happen to him to. An... aquaintence that sessha know was with him one moment, then... vanished. It is... unsettling.

Aa, sessha was just behind him as we were entering a resturant and... sessha might have not had his eyes right on him, but... he would not have just vanished without sessha noticing.
