DIFFERENT LIVES
Waiting for his… wife… to return to hex him, Draco dressed and looked for his wand. The Pansy he knew - and apparently loved - wouldn’t take what he’d just said without retaliation.

The bedroom door pushed open and Draco whirled, ready to face her, even un-armed.
“Oh, you can read my mind. I was going to suggest that we go out somewhere.”

Obviously I can’t, Draco thought.
Going out somewhere with Pansy had been the last thing on his mind.
He wanted answers, indeed needed them. It appeared the life he remembered and the previous day or so were vastly different.

ARGUMENT
Pansy sat on their bed.
Draco was having trouble with the thought of being married to her. Any woman really. That wasn’t where his interests lie.
Unless this were all some sort of drug induced dream.
That’d happened before but they were usually more fun - and surprisingly made more sense.

“Do you really not want to be married to me?”

“I didn’t say…”

“You might as well’ve done.”

An argument.
Good!
This made sense where Pansy was concerned. Draco opened his mouth to respond.

“No! Now it’s my turn. It’s been no holiday being married to you either.” Pansy spat.

INSANE
Draco laughed.
Out of everything that had been happening recently, that didn’t surprise him. He was sure he’d hate to be married to him.

“You never want to go anywhere. All I ever hear is, ‘There’ll be too many people there I don’t like.’, ‘I don’t feel like dancing’, ‘I don’t have anything to wear.’”

Draco nodded. That sounded like him.
This insane scenario was starting to sound scarily plausible.

“What do you want me to do? I honestly don’t remember being married to you.” Draco was frustrated.

Pansy scowled, “If I didn’t know better, I’d swear you were gay.”
