Wait just one bloody minute. Why on the bloody green earth should Slytherin serve detention for Potter? How is that supposed to encourage Potter to do his sodding work? If anything, it'll just make him stop doing it and start getting into more trouble just so Slytherin can keep getting detentions! This is an outrage!
Of course, it made perfect sense to give detention to the other Houses. Potter is friends with them. They like him. Obviously, Slytherin House isn't that easily swayed by fame and a scar. Why would Potter stop being such a klutz now? What is the godforsaken point in this?!
