I guess I expect too much from people.  I expect that when they say something that they will do what they say.  Apparently I need to lower my standards quite a bit.

Yes, I'm still talking about this construction in our living and dining room.  He said that he'd be done on Friday and he probably could be except that two days he wasn't even here.

Ugh. I've heard so many stories of slow and bad contractors. I hope you can get back to some normalcy soon! And get some rest after the month that you've had!

I'm amazed at how hard it is to get contractors to move their asses in small towns and in the country.

I've had difficulty getting estimates on things. Which really puts a crimp into planning to pay people for things.

Astounding.

They have you by the balls, pretty much, and they know it.
