OMG... HIIIII!!!!!! :D

NBC is stupid. If they think people will actually watch their network if Conan doesn't keep his time slot... well then they're sadly mistaken. TEAM CONAN ALL THE WAY!

Totally! Except, Conan specifically DIDN'T tell NBC to blow him because that would count as quitting and then they wouldn't have to buy him out of his contract. And all this business about how "it's not the Tonight Show at 12:05"? Yeah, also a legal manuever on Conan's part--he's legally obligated to host the Tonight Show as long as it airs no later than 12:05; but if he argues that it ruins the integrity of the legacy/show, it's possible that then that show (the one that airs at 12:05) isn't really the Tonight Show, and thus, Conan can take his $40 million and leave.

If he quits, no dice. If he simply pouts and throws a fit, no dice. Questions what constitutes the Tonight Show? $40 mill and freedom. He's no dummy.

All of NBC programming people are stupid. They don't even have any show I'll watch anymore. I honestly don't think I've watched NBC since The West Wing went off.

By the way, where the hell have you been? I've gotten into Supernatural majorly and you've missed it!

PS - Hi back! (waves)

Yet another stupid move by TV executives. NBC isn't the only one responsible for such dealings. It seems like all the networks have lost touch with what TV audiences want and continue to make some of the most bone-headed decisions I've ever seen. I don't even watch anything on NBC anymore and that alone is a shocking development, considering it used to be home to so many great shows. Can't say that now.

Btw, I added you back last month, so I'm new. Hi! *waves* :)
