Moved into the dorms today. My parents left under an hour ago.

It's not too hot, fortunately.

Feeling very, very unnerved and lonelier than I have in a long, long time.

I remember that feeling.

For what it's worth, it'll be gone in a few weeks unless you plan on being completely anti-social. I have zero conversational skills, and even I was able to meet people that, two years later, aren't sick of me yet. :¬)

I've already met some completely badass people, my roommate included. She's fantastic. Far more than I had hoped for.

Also two apparent nerds! Exciting.

Plus two of the five cool people from my high school that are going here, which isn't bad at all.
