i actually saw rain this morning, not just a semi moist floor that could have been caused by sprinkler over spray.

Whoa, Roman? The SoCal Fry's have much better themes :( You've got the flying saucer one in Burbank and the giant factory one in City of Industry. Consider yourself very lucky :P
