Physical Description of Character: Pit is an angel who resembles the Greco-Roman heroes of his time (including the god Eros/Cupid), and is thus adorned in classical antiquity: he wears a crown of laurel in his short brown hair and is dressed in a white exomis, a type of Greek tunic. He has a youthful appearance, resembling a little boy or teenage kid though it is uncertain what his real age is. He runs in sandals and wears gauntlets on his arms, equipped with a golden ring on his left hand that allows him to shoot a special type of arrow blessed by him from the goddess Palutena.

Personality: As general of Palutena's army, Pit takes his job seriously and would lay his life for the goddess herself. He is brave and devoted and when given a task, he will follow through to its end no matter how impossible it is; he never gives up, even when it takes the bleakest toll on him. Because of his duty and pride, Pit comes across as stubborn and rash, and he takes defeat to the full-brunt. However, Pit does not brood, and he rarely lets his mistakes set him back for long: bright and adventurous, he loves to show off his strength and is curious about the land around him. He's gained skills from sneaking up on monsters to do the same for people to watch them, sometimes surprising them with lighthearted tricks. Despite his smiles and occasional mischievousness, the angel is far more experienced than his childlike-appearance lets on.
History of the Character: One day, the Goddess of Darkness, Medusa, took revenge on the Goddess of Light, Palutena, by taking over the Palace in the Sky and stealing the Three Sacred Treasures. Though imprisoned, Palutena entrusts Pit, a young angel trapped in the Underworld, with a magic bow and instructs him to retrieve the Three Sacred Treasures from Medusa's cohorts in order to defeat Medusa and save Angel Land. By solving puzzles, fighting monsters such as the infamous Reaper and Eggplant Wizard, and being quick on his feet, Pit was able to escape the Underworld and eventually past the Overworld into the Skyworld, possessing the Treasures: the Mirror Shield, Arrow of Light, and the Wings of Pegasus. Equipped with those Treasures, Pit was able to smite Medusa and save Palutena, and has since become her lead guardian.
However, peace would not last for long. After being disturbed by a horrible dream that Angel Land was under attack by an army of demons, Palutena summons Pit to put him under training before the arrival of Orcos. After Pit completed his test by collecting the three hidden Sacred Treasures, he returned just in time when Orcos arrived. After defeating Orcos and saving Palutena, Pit takes to the sky, only to fly too close to the sun and fall... and that is where Pit's story in Salkia begins.
Magical Powers/Skills: Pit is equipped with a magical gold ring (Angel Ring) that enables him to use Palutena's Arrow, a divine arrow that Pit can use to curve its direction as it flies at the speed of light. Pit can temporarily fly, but his wings are too weak to support him in the long run, so he's normally stuck with gliding. An Angel Feather lets him fly temporarily, but he can only fly indefinitely if he's wearing the Wings of Pegasus. Being their general, Pit can summon the Centurions from his troops to sic themselves at the enemy.
Weapons: The Sacred Bow of Palutena is definitely something special. It's actually two blades Pit could use separately or united at will! He protects himself with the Mirror Shield which can reflect enemy shots and spells. He collects mallets to free people who have turned to stone, particularly Centurions.
