Gren really likes Henry by this point, and thinks there is more to the guy that meets the eye. He likes all the good qualities or kindness and self sacrifice Henry has shown, and finds him over all very 'real'. Probably would love to laugh and drink and talk with him more often, and certainly considers him a good friend. Actually he worries a good deal about him.
If Gren got over his 'betrayl' issue and cared more about himself, he'd like Henry much more than he allows himself to.
