A new week dawns...
...and with it, JOY!
(Yeah, we'll pretend the week started on Monday, since the Steelers crapped all over Sunday.)
I hit the post office bright and early Monday morning and picked up the sweetest laptop ever! Once I got it up and running, hooked into the network, and got Firefox going, I hit Can I Run It to find out if it could handle Oblivion. For some reason, that site has a tough time with integrated graphics cards and dual-core processors. It told me that my CPU wasn't fast enough, even though it clearly was. Once I mucked about for a bit online, I braced myself and installed it anyway.

So far, so good! Still gotta get my character out of the dungeon and out into the world before I can judge, but I'm just thrilled to be able to play it again!
