It's just a tiny little town you've never heard of in Western PA, but I think it's wonderful. Where else could a family of modest means have views like this, practically from one's own back yard?

These were taken a couple of months ago from the park at the end of my street. Tonight, though, I was sitting on the other end of the street, watching the sunset from the public canoe dock. As my mp3 player fed me my favorite tunes, a family of ducks paddled past the dock and onto the shore to preen in the shallows. A light breeze was blowing, which made the river reflect the dusk sky in its ripples. Temp was about 74 degrees. Felt like heaven.
If I can, I'll drag the camera to the dock Tuesday night after work. Hopefully, the scenery will be as beautiful as it was tonight.
