If a potential Serial Killer commited suicide knowing if s/he didnt, s/he'ld murder over 20 people. Would s/he be thanked, or concidered a liar?

Perhaps s/he should first try therapy to work through the problem and possibly be institutionalized first?
If one knows one is going to do terrible things to people for no apparent reason then one should try everything they can to get to the bottom of why before it happens.
I'm not sure if they would be thanked or considered a liar. Probably half of each.
