That's kind of scary. I think I'd definitely be afraid of her after that. People from Kyoto might be boring, but apparently people from Osaka are crazy... o_O

yay for cultural differences! It's really funny to me when people fromt he same country have underlying beliefs about people from somewhere else, in the same country. Like in the US, how everyone assumes New Yorkers are rude, or people from Los Angeles are all plastic. It's amazing to see how people think about others! I think you should bask in this moment of Socio-linguistic regional anthropology.
