ok so i went to the doctor yesterday. I have tendonitis in Both of my knees. But only one of them is inflamed right now so i have to go to a physical trainer to learn streaches and other stuff to strenghthen different muscels and what not. All i know is that I didnt get any pain relievers and i need fucking anti-inflamitories. God! So my knee is
