It's natural to feel disconnected when someone you are used to having present in a certain setting is no longer present, but don't let it define you. It's just school, all you have to do is test well. Just face it while it's here, don't get too down. You can still see me whenever you want- let that be your fuel.

And I will get better, its just stupid pharengitis.

O, and something I always do- Imagine everything you just said was ME saying it. Me saying "I feel so disconnected" and "I don't really feel alive", and think about the advice you would give me.
