have i mentioned lately that i really hate the underhanded, lying, gossiping, schemeing, hating, name calling, competetive ways of girl world. and i am sick and tired of dealing with jealousy and worrying what people are going to think of everything i say and do and having to calculate all my actions and explain every harmless flirtation like it is

I know how you feel; I think (I hope) you know that. I love you Claire, I think you're totally awesome. No ones perfect but I'm really impressed with how close you get. I hope you aren't angry or frustrated with me for whatever reason, I know we haven't talked too much lately.. but I really value you as a friend and also as a very smart girlie. I dunno if you care bout any of that, but just know I can look at you without being judgemental, defensive, competitive or dishonest. None of us should be treated that way, but we do it to each other all the time. Anyways, just wanted to say I love you.
