Rec'd this on whitecollar-rec. :) I know I've already said, but I really do love it; the more I watch it, the more I love what you've done with the filters on the clips, especially Neal in the Burkes' bedroom in black-and-white while everything else is in color, and the clip in which he turns around in the White Collar office where everything around him is black and white! I also loved the way that you put together the clips of the door closing at the end ... oh, and the "moment to be real" part with Neal walking away and Peter smiling is another favorite bit. Lovely vid. :)

I'm especially glad that the Neal-in-color-everything-else-not/ vice versa clips worked for you because those took quite a bit of work :) And it's also really nice to hear that the different layers come through upon repeated viewings - while vidding I thought there are some things people won't notice either way because they're so subtle, but I think even if they are not noticed consciously, maybe they add to the whole on a subconscious level (or maybe I'm just being delusional here ;)

Oh, it was fantastic! The song if fitting Neal and his current situation to a T, and the editing was brilliant. I like how you used black-and-white clips vs colour. So many favourite moments.

Thank you! I had much fun experimenting around with different editing techniques with this vid and am glad that it worked out okay. :) As for the song: That was actually Swanpride's suggestion and I totally agree, it seems to be made for Neal's situation in Season 3.
