umm yeah i think europeans eat MORE than americans, but the portions are smaller (they just eat for hours on end and often). fast food is a problem in america, though: its quite fattening. but the rest of the world is starting to eat it too. yey.

the problem is, in america, everything is so spaced out. in europe everything is packed, so walking everywhere is common. also public transport is much better, so people walk to the busstop. its not that americans are lazy, i think, its just the way our cities are built...we NEED to drive. how about some nice bike paths? yeah, i dont think so, instead bikers get run over on the streets.
the only solution is to go to the gym often enough.
