i really agree with you about not judging this woman's actions. As an emergency responder myself, I obviously have training and presence of mind that would make me react very differently in a situation like this. However, reading the transcript, I hear someone who did what she should as a lay-person: she called 911 (right after hearing the accident happen) and tried to follow the dispatchers instructions as best as she could given her obvious discomfort/limitations ( ... )
