I feel the same way about moneez and employment. It's like my BA is totally useless. Hell, I don't even qualify as a translator or teacher. :/

According to all the jobs on mol.fi, you have to qualify for something to apply for any job! If you want to be a cashier it's good if you're a marketing student or something. And mom keeps telling me that when she was my age, kids just walked to factories and asked the main boss there for a job. Not gonna work today.

I was thinking of getting an internship at some AV translation agency, since I find that branch of translating quite interesting. Unfortunately, the Finnish translators seem to be going through a crisis on that field: the company Broadcast Text took over many of our TV channels, and Pre-Text, another company, had to let go aroun 60 AV translators, which is like 1/5 of all AV translators here. There's an option of working for Broadcast Texgt, but they pay a lot worse salary than Pre-Text, and apparently, many of their policies aren't all that good either. This is a big thing because AV translating, especially subtitling, is very important in Finland where we only dub some kids' shows, and it's because of reading all the subtitles that Finnish kids do so well in PISA tests :/

I could try tutoring, though here pretty much everyone is provided the same education. I can remember from my early school years, though, that foreign languages aren't easy for everyone. Then again, I'm not really teacher material but I suppose I could try :)
